A Luxurious studio apartment for one person. Of course, registration is possible! The apartment is completely self-contained, covering an enormous 60sqm, with more than everything you need!

Car parking is provided with a space reserved for you in a secure car park at the rear of the property.

The Penthouse Suite is offered on a single tenancy basis, with a minimum period of 6 months 2year maximum. Registration is possible. No pets please and smoking is not permitted in house. Smoking in the garden only
