Room for rent: Wijngaardplein in Eindhoven

Hi everyone! We are two students (* Joey and Jesper) looking for a new housemate (male) to join our cozy home at Wijngaardplein 18. Starting from **February, a +-9m² room will be available, as two of the current housemates are moving out. **Joey* has already claimed one of the rooms, so we’re looking for someone for the other one. Rent is *€456,69 including* gas, water & electricity.

The house has a spacious living room, two balconies, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and oven). We're looking for a *chill and social* housemate who helps keep the house tidy, but isn't a neat freak. We're all good friends and like to chill in the evening, study together or have dinner together. We're not a party house, so if you're looking for a place that's a little calmer than your average student house, this is perfect for you! There's also a small shopping centre including an *Albert Heijn, Kruidvat, Dominos etc* right below the house, which is super convenient for groceries and such. The TU/e campus and city centre are just 15 minutes away by bike, and a bus to Eindhoven Centraal stop right in front of our door.
